TSG provides you with tools to print mailing labels for you customer base. Note: TSG prints one format of labels only: Avery #5161 or similar.
Mailing Labels-Rejects: create mailing labels for IRS rejected tax returns. You may sort these labels by Taxpayer Last Name or Zip Code.
Mailing Labels by Site: create mailing labels for all of the clients who have their Returns prepared by a particular Office. You may sort these labels by Office EFIN, Office Site, Taxpayer Name, or Zip Code. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date and by entering a Site ID.
Mailing Labels-Self Prepared: create mailing labels for self-prepared return only. You may sort these labels by Taxpayer Last Name or Zip Code.
Mailing Labels-Paper Returns: create mailing labels for paper-filed returns only. You may sort these labels by Taxpayer Last Name or Zip Code.
Mailing Labels-Queued Returns: create mailing labels for returns that are queued for transmitting to Central Site. You may sort these labels by Taxpayer Last Name or Zip Code.
