IRS Acks reports provide a list of returns acknowledged by the IRS. These reports help you track the different types of acknowledged returns.
IRS ACK Counts: provides a list of all IRS acknowledged returns. You may sort this report by Site ID, EFIN, Preparer ID, Creation Date, or DI Code. You may group this report by Site, EFIN, Preparer, Creation, Modified, IRS Ack, or DI Code. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date.
IRS and State Acknowledgements: similar to the IRS ACK Counts this report includes both IRS and State Acknowledgement, if both acknowledgements are received. You may sort this report by IRS DCN, Taxpayer SSN, Taxpayer Last Name, or IRS Ack Date. You may group this report by Site, EFIN, Preparer, or IRS Ack. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date.
IRS Acks with Phone and Address: provides a list of all IRS acknowledged returns including the taxpayer’s address and phone number. You may sort this report by Taxpayer SSN, Taxpayer Last Name, or IRS Ack Date. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date.
RALs/RACs with IRS Deposits: provides a list of all IRS acknowledged returns for which an IRS refund was deposited at the RAL Bank. You may sort this report by IRS DCN, Taxpayer SSN, Taxpayer Last Name, or IRS Payment Date. You may group this report by Site, EFIN, Preparer, or IRS Payment Date. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date.
RALs/RACs W/O IRS Deposits: provides a list of all IRS acknowledged returns for which an IRS refund was not deposited at the RAL Bank. You may sort this report by Taxpayer SSN, Taxpayer Last Name, or IRS ACK Date. You may group this report by Site, EFIN, Preparer, Creation, Modified, or IRS ACK. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date and specifying a return type.
Total RALs w/Loan Amount: provides a list of IRS acknowledged returns for which a RAL was requested, including the requested and distributed amounts. You may sort this report by Taxpayer SSN, Taxpayer Last Name, or IRS ACK Date. You may group this report by Site, EFIN, Preparer, Creation, Modified, or IRS ACK. Additionally, you may filter your results by specifying a starting and ending date.
