To find out the penalty for a member not having healthcare:
Go to Client Data --> Health Care Questions --> On option E put an "X" --> Click on the Questionnaire next to "E"
Question 1 Select 'D'
Question 2,3 select 'No'
Question 4 Select "Yes"
Question 4 Input the name of the member in the household without healthcare, put the months they did not have healthcare
Refresh program, penalty will be reported on 1040 Form on line 61
