In menu bar, click Setup > Office Setup. Go to the TextMsg/Email tab and have the PP put in a valid Gmail* login and password. 


*Will only work with gmail accounts.


Have the client login to their Gmail account. Click their icon on the top right, and click "My Account". On the left hand side, click "Sign in & Security". Scroll down until you see "Allow less secure apps" and turn that On. 


Afterwards, go to the installation folder, and run the VistaWindows7 batch file As Administrator. Click OK on the dialog boxes twice and return to software. Then try printing or sending a text message.
